S&S Properties Ltd is a Real Estate Company incorporated in 2015 mainly to engage in real estate development, construction and other related activities. The company was founded by a Gambian duo whose interest is to cater for the housing needs of the growing population of the Gambia. The founders came to the realization that property prices in the Gambia will come to a rise because of the growing population, which puts pressure on the availability of land resources for residential and commercial purposes within the kombos. The duo made a move to secure about 250 plots in three key locations which they made available to the people at very affordable prices, and they were all sold out.

Everything we do we believe in challenging the status-quo, we believe in making a difference, the way we challenge the status quo is by providing affordable properties for the average earners to be able to own a property in the soils of the Gambia. The properties we offer are well documented, secure, and strategically located. We believe owning at least one property one could call home is a right. We just happen to care about people acquiring affordable, secure, and well-documented properties.
